Confirmation

From now on you are required to Confirm your purchases in-game. When an item purchased comes through, a Menu will open requiring you to either Accept or Deny the Package. If you close the Menu, you can use /confirm to access it again. To confirm that it is your Purchase, it will show the first item purchased, the date it was purchased on and the transaction ID for the payment. For information on what happens if you Accept/Deny a Package, read the following:

Accept - You will receive ALL items purchased and will be liable for any Chargebacks that occur (Banned from the Server) even if the payment was not done by you
Deny - You will not receive ANY items purchased and will not be liable for any Chargebacks that occur (You will not be Banned from the Server)
Please be careful when checking and confirming Packages in-game. You are now responsible for ALL Packages you accept.

Caution

Please check that your username is entered correctly when you buy any ranks or extras

Purchases usually take up to 1 hour to go through

eCheck's usually take 7 days to go through (can take more or less time than stated)
If you are purchasing items, please make sure your inventory has enough space for the items bought. Being online at the time of purchase is advised.

**ADVISEMENT**

We do not condone and or advise the use of a parents, siblings, relatives or friends money too spend on FederalPvP for ones own benefit without permission of the 3rd party and or it being your own money.

If contacted and finding out ones money was spent without permission all and any items or ranks benefited will be revoked, money will be sent back to the original owner and any further money spent on the server maybe restricted for said user and may result in a short term ban.
 

What do I do if I haven’t received a package?

Any purchases usually take up to 1 hour to go through. If a day has passed without you receiving what you have purchased, feel free to create a store issue post: here. Make sure that the store issue you have submitted explains what has happened and contains proof of the payment so a member of staff can help you there. 

Terms & Conditions

By buying any package through our store you agree to the Terms & Conditions that come with doing so. Failing to agree to the Terms & Conditions will prevent you from buying from our stores. Any purchases of ranks or extras are final and you will not be refunded if you are: quitting, banned, etc. Chargebacks and disputes will lead to a permanent ban on SaiCoPvP and will void any ranks/extras bought. If you do not comply with the Terms & Conditions, we have the right to remove any paid-for service or ban you. All ranks bought will last as long as the life of the server, until then they are lifetime ranks.

The Terms & Conditions may change at any time, with or without notification or approval of the customer. 

Privacy

Any personal information submitted when purchasing from our store will remain private. We do not sell or redistribute the information given to anyone.
